Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Mr Breur is statutory director of the Vesteda Group with responsibility for the following areas of focus: strategy, innovation, asset management, property management, project marketing, research/market studies, product development, facilities, divestitures and investor relations.

Voor zijn loopbaan bij Vesteda was de heer Breur directeur van Achmea Vastgoed. Hij is van huis uit een vastgoedbelegger en heeft onder andere gewerkt bij ING Vastgoed. Daarvoor is hij circa 10 jaar in de VS werkzaam geweest voor (destijds) Zadelhoff Makelaars en Pensioenfonds PGGM.
