Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Board

The Vesteda Group BV has three Managing Board members and four Supervisory Board members.

Supervisory Board

Drs. Ir. C.A.M. (Kees) de Boo (1944)
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Member of the Supervisory Board (at the proposal of the Stichting pensioenfonds ABP) 
Mr De Boo is the former director of real estate investments for BPF Bouw, director of real estate investments for Aegon, chairman of the board for Amvest and chairman of the board for NS Vastgoed. He is also a former chairman of the IVBN. He was appointed in July 2007.

Drs. J.A. (John) de Die (1960)
Member of the Supervisory Board
De heer De Die is CFO-COO of AAC Capital Partners. He also holds several additional positions as Supervisory director of Diamond Tools Group, non-executive director of Precision Tools Holding and Member of the Advisory Board of Advies Holland Integrity Group. He was appointed in April 2011.

Mr. C.M. (Charlotte)  Insinger MBA (1965) 
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mrs. Insinger is CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Erasmus MC. She also holds several additional positions as a commissioner, among Member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting Diergaarde Blijdorp en Member of the Supervisory Board of SNS REAAL nv. She was appointed in December 2009.

Mr. P.J.W.G. (Peter) Kok (1954)
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Kok is the former CFO of Delta Lloyd NV and also holds several posts as a commissioner. He was appointed in July 2011.

Managing Board

Drs. A.J.M. (Arjan) Schakenbos (1957), CEO  
CEO starting February 2011. Areas of focus: strategy, investor relations, HRM (organisational development), (market) research, legal matters (including insurances) and corporate communication. 

O. (Onno) Breur (1950), COO 
Member of the Managing Board since 2004. His areas of focus include strategy, innovation, asset management, property management, project marketing, research/market studies, product development, facilities, divestitures and investor relations.

Drs. L.A.S. (Luurt) van der Ploeg RA RC (1970), CFO 
Member of the Managing Board since October 2010. His areas of focus include strategy, business development, financial administration, control, funding, information flow, tax affairs and investor relations.

Ir. N. (Nico) Mol (1953), Director Sales en Acquisition
Titular director of Vesteda Project bv since 2002. Statutory director of Sales and Acquisition starting April 2010. Areas of focus: sales, project development (Vesteda Project bv) and sustainability.
