Vesteda Groep BV, which is responsible for managing Vesteda, has a central position in Vesteda Group. Investors participate directly in Vesteda Groep BV, where control is consolidated. Vesteda Groep BV has a four-member Managing Board and a Supervisory Board.
The properties being managed and the associated rights and obligations are legally structured within Vesteda Woningen cv (formerly a fund for joint account but converted into a cv - Dutch limited partnership - in 2008). This firm is not an independent taxable entity for corporate tax purposes. Vesteda Group bv is the managing partner of Vesteda Woningen cv. DRF I bv, DRF II bv, DRF III bv and DRF IV bv are the administrators and hold, for purposes of management, the properties of Vesteda Woningen cv on behalf of the participants. Holding DRF bv and DRF IV bv are, together with the participants themselves, participants/limited partners in Vesteda Woningen cv. They are financially entitled to these assets.
