Annelinda van Eck, project developer

‘As a project developer, I am involved in the acquisition and development of homes in the intermediate and higher segments. Besides my regular work, I also participate in the innovation workgroup, Sustainable Building. In this group, I can make good use of the knowledge which I have acquired over recent years in the area of sustainable building. I'm also proud of the quality of the homes built by Vesteda and quite happy with all the development opportunities offered to me.'

‘After completing my final work placement with Vesteda, I was offered a job as a Business Analyst, and I jumped at the opportunity. I have great colleagues, my work is quite varied, and I come into contact with a great many people from various disciplines. In short, challenges aplenty at Vesteda!'

Mark Tillemans, rental agent

I have been working for Vesteda as a rental agent since the beginning of 2004, and I still very much enjoy my work. I have a wide range of responsibilities, which includes existing homes, new homes, and commercial units. In addition, I have many opportunities to work on my personal development as well as considerable freedom with regard to my work within the applicable guidelines.

‘I worked for two years as a housing consultant, after which I was asked to take on the position of account manager. I was obviously quite pleased to find out that my employer thought I had the necessary potential and rewarded me with a promotion. After the birth of my first child, I will switch to working four days a week. I think it's very important to find a good balance between work/career activities and one's private life. At Vesteda, I am given ample opportunity to find an optimum balance.’
