Vesteda employs a strategy in which new properties from in-house project development are added to the rental portfolio on an annual basis while a small number of properties from the rental portfolio are offered for sale. Here you can browse through our vacant rental properties which are currently being offered for sale by external estate agents. Besides this Vesteda offers a selection of apartments in new developments.

Vesteda services

It is the function of the service team to ensure that the tenants lack nothing, and the team will be glad to arrange all sorts of extra services at the request of residents. Beside the services of this team, there are always the standard services that Vesteda’s tenants can fall back on.

Extras

As a resident of a Serviced Apartment you have exclusive access (at the majority of the locations) to facilities such as a built-in pool, a sauna, health centre and solarium. Your guests can spend the night in luxury guest rooms. In addition, the concept offers a wide range of extra services with the help of an easy-to-use computer. Among these services are a dry cleaning, laundry and ironing service, a shopping service, a handyman, a visiting hairdresser, and meals from a catering service. 

Standard services by Vesteda

To ensure a pleasant living environment at all times, good maintenance of the house is essential. This includes major repairs, for example to roofs, outside paintwork or replacing a kitchen. All major repairs are at Vesteda’s expense.

Reports of breakdowns and requests for repairs

If something is wrong, please get in touch with the contact person in the service team in the building. If they cannot be reached (for example in the evening or at night), you can also report a defect in your house, apartment block or parking space to one of our staff at the service desk. There are various ways to do this:  
 
For urgent situations, call our service number 0800-VESTEDA (0800-8378332), also outside office hours.
 
For less urgent reports you can e-mail the Maintenance Desk directly with the help of the form below. Your report is then attended to as soon as possible. If necessary, we will call you back. In your mail please give a description of the problem and state the place and nature of the defect if known. Please supply more telephone numbers, if any, so that we can contact you again as soon as possible.
