Renting in five easy steps

Step 3 - Sending in the necessary documents

Send us your documents by post

For rentals, the following documents are required in the situations listed:

ALWAYS: copy of a valid form of ID (driving licence/passport/identity card)

in the following situations:

moving out of your own home: statement from your present mortgage provider
moving out of a rental unit: statement from your present landlord
earned income within the framework of an employment agreement: employer’s statement and copy of pay slip
pension: copy of AOW (Dutch old-age pension) income slip (or relevant annual statement) and copy of pension slip (or relevant annual statement)
earned income from own business: copy of profit and loss statement over the last 2 years (approved by a registered accountant)

If you work as a temporary employee or have your own business, you may be asked to provide a bank guarantee upon signing your rental contract.
