On an average, one in ten singles or families moves home once a year. This way some 3,000 homes are rendered available each year, for which Vesteda tries to find tenants. In addition another 1,000 houses are completed on a yearly basis as part of brand-new projects. In other words, Vesteda lets some 4,000 homes annually, or 15 a day on an average.
