For the commercial, administrative and technical management of houses, Vesteda has its own estate agent’s offices, also in your neighbourhood. Six regional branches work under the name Vesteda Accommodation Gallery and in fact form the largest department of our organization.
 
Here breakdowns and defects are resolved and maintenance is arranged if requested. This way we make sure that arrangements with contractors are being monitored and you as a tenant receive feed-back with regard to the progress of repairs.  
 
Contractors working for Vesteda receive a variable payment that is based on your assessment in terms of customer satisfaction and keeping appointments – because we consider it very important that you are satisfied.
