'At the beginning of 2008, in the course of my studies at Hogeschool Zuyd (Zuyd University), I completed my final work placement with the Business Development Department of Vesteda. Following this work placement, I was offered the job of Business analyst, and I jumped at the opportunity!
The Business Development department is an internal consulting department, which is responsible for advising management and the organisation as a whole and for implementing changes. The responsibilities are quite broad and varied, as we are continually working on new and interesting projects. Central elements within all these projects include the following themes: the client & CRM, business processes, innovation, quality, business and organisational changes, and business technology. In short, my work is quite varied and I meet a great many people from a wide range of disciplines.
I very much enjoy working for Vesteda. I am given the opportunity to utilise my basic study knowledge in practice, to develop myself further, and I also have great colleagues. For the foreseeable future, Vesteda offers me more than enough challenges!'
