Maintenance of My Vesteda

What will happen during the maintenance of My Vesteda

From 6 through 17 November, we will be carrying out maintenance on our systems.

How will this affect you as a tenant?

During the maintenance work, you will temporarily be unable to use certain parts of My Vesteda.

This includes:

  • The submission of repair requests
  • The termination of your tenancy agreement
  • The submission of questions, comments or requests. 

What are we asking you to do?

If you already know that you want to terminate your tenancy agreement, if you have a repair request or a question about the payment of your rent, please let us know via My Vesteda before 6 November. If you do this, you can be sure that we will receive your notification on time and that we will be able provide you with the best possible service, even during the planned maintenance work on the customer portal.

Availability

From 6 through 17 november we will be available as usual.

  • Do you have a leak, is the heating not working or is the lift broken?
  • In the event of emergencies, we are available by telephone 24 hours a day: call 088 456 16 56
  • Our services may take a little longer than you are used to from us. We will, of course, do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

From 6 November to 17 November
During our maintenance period, you can submit your requests via the special form. We will do our utmost to respond within 10 working days. Please note that the response time to your request and the waiting time on the phone during the maintenance period may be longer than you are used to from us. We will do everything we can to reduce the inconvenience to a minimum.
