The Caland Tower has 84 spaciouse apartments on 15 residential floors in various types, with office/business space on the ground floor. The building has two entrance lobbies, each with its own stairwell and elevator. Each residential floor is made up of just three luxury apartments, ranging from 74 to 110 m2. All types have living room with semi-open kitchen with appliances, storage room in the apartment, two or three bedrooms, and bathroom with washbasin and shower. All apartments have outdoor space in the form of a roof terrace, balcony or inside loggia/sun room. Individual storage spaces are available on the first floor.
