Each home features a spacious garden where children can play freely and parents can unwind. The orientation doesn’t matter, as the generous gardens always provide plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Plus, there’s extra storage thanks to the convenient garden shed – perfect for bikes, toys, and gardening tools.
All homes are equipped with solar panels, and parking is easy in the designated spaces within the courtyard.

Type C – 55 homes
Type C offers a spacious living room on the ground floor with access to the terrace and garden, a separate kitchen facing the street, and a practical storage closet under the stairs. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, additional storage space, and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a second toilet. The attic – accessible via a loft ladder – provides plenty of extra space.
Type E – 54 homes
These homes are similar to Type C but feature a third bedroom upstairs instead of a storage room. The attic is also accessible via a fixed staircase, adding extra living comfort.
