Never put items in halls or on porches. Please keep corridors free of obstacles, so emergency services can acces all areas. - For your and everyone's safety, please place your bicycle, moped or mobility scooter in the designated storage area. Not in hallways or on galleries.
- Everyone likes to see a clean lift. Moving homes? Please don't hold the lift for too long.
- Please place any full rubbish bags in the container straightaway to avoid attracting pests.
- Please walk your dog outdoors and leave communal areas as you found them.
- Please keep your porch nice and clean - both for yourself and the neighbours!
- The shared rooftop garden is not intended for parties. Please be mindful of noise levels and consider nearby neighbours, including those living directly below.
- Being on good terms with the neighbours will make life easier. If there are any issues, talk openly and calmly about them.
- For everyone's safety, don't let strangers in.
