Preventing heat stress?

How do we prevent

Heat stress

Healthy and pleasant living includes a pleasant temperature in the home. Hot summers, well-insulated houses and insufficient ventilation sometimes lead to unpleasantly high temperatures. This can lead to heat stress.

Heat stress, what is it?

Heat stress in a home occurs when indoor temperatures rise to levels that can be uncomfortable for occupants. This can be caused by high outdoor temperatures, exposure to direct sunlight, inadequate ventilation, lack of shade, insulation or air circulation. Heat is also caused by petrification and/or insufficient greenery in the area.

Heat stress, what does it do?

High indoor temperatures can lead to dehydration, fatigue or sleep problems, especially in the elderly, children and people with medical conditions. Heat stress in homes can be prevented by taking measures.

What can you do yourself against heat?
