Problems with your neighbours could disturb your way of living. This is unnecessary, which is why there is free neighborhood mediation available for when the conflict escalates.

Start off by talking to your neighbors to discuss what is troubling you. Can't work it out together and does it seem to intensify? Then seek the services of neighborhood mediation. Neighborhood mediators assists with problems between neighbors, such as noise pollution, wrong parking or smoke from bbq’s. They can also give advice on how to talk to your neighbors on your own.

Neighborhood mediators are an independent company and are specialized in neutral conversation techniques between neighbors.

I do not agree with an invoice. How can I submit an objection?

If you do not agree with for instance a service cost statement, or an invoice for a repair, you can submit an objection via My Vesteda.

How can I request a repair?

You can request a repair for non-urgent matters via My Vesteda.

For urgent malfunctions, call 088 456 16 56 (key 2).

For very urgent malfunctions, you can go to our Disruptions Reporting Line on the above telephone number outside of our office hours.

I am not renting a property from Vesteda but would like to report a complaint. How should I do this?

Are you not a tenant nor subscribed, but owner of a former Vesteda property? In that case you can report your complaint by sending an email to verhuur@vesteda.com
