Do you have a serious leak, is your heating not working or is the lift broken? For emergencies, we are available 24 hours a day by phone on our general phone number.
Meet the team
Northeast region
Meet our colleagues from the Northeast region. With a dedicated team of 10 colleagues, they manage and rent out approximately 3,500 homes in the provinces of Groningen, Drenthe, Friesland, Overijssel and Gelderland.
From Leeuwarden to Nijmegen and from Ede to Emmen, Vesteda's Northeast regional team is active in a large part of the north and east of the Netherlands.
This committed team works from two locations: Assen and Arnhem. From these bases, they work hard every day to manage, maintain, and ensure the living enjoyment of thousands of Vesteda tenants.

In the event of an emergency, you can of course reach us by phone via 088-456 16 56, but reporting via My Vesteda is the most efficient way to submit all other repair requests. When you submit your repair request via My Vesteda, in most cases it will be forwarded directly to the right maintenance company, without the intervention of one of our colleagues.
