In this newsletter, we proudly announce the completion of our new-build project in Enschede and introduce two of our colleagues. We also inform you about our collaboration with the House of Active Citizenship and present a great example of a residents’ initiative in Bergen op Zoom. We would be more than happy to help you with any requests you may have via My Vesteda. We also feature two wonderful videos from our tenants about renting out a room via the Onder de Pannen initiative.

In the event of an emergency, you can of course reach us by phone via 088-456 16 56, but reporting via My Vesteda is the most efficient way to submit all other repair requests. When you submit your repair request via My Vesteda, in most cases it will be forwarded directly to the right maintenance company, without the intervention of one of our colleagues.

Onder de Pannen
We have been working with Onder de Pannen since 2022. This initiative offers our tenants the option of temporarily renting out a room in their home to someone who has lost their home due to a set of circumstances. Curious?
Watch the videos of Jacqueline, a Vesteda tenant, and Patrick, who had to leave his student accommodation without having a new place to live. And Shirley and Norman, both Vesteda tenants who have previously rented out a room in their home through the Onder de Pannen initiative, who are currently looking for a new match.
