B Corp: social impact as important as financial returns

Vesteda is the first residential real estate investor and landlord in the Netherlands to be B Corp certified. This demonstrates that social impact, sustainability, governance and transparency are fully integrated into our business operations. The certification aligns with our Housing as a Force for Good strategy and reinforces Vesteda’s position as a progressive residential investor and landlord.

The B Corp certification recognises companies that create positive impact in areas such as environmental performance, sustainability, transparency and other social and societal issues. Compliance is independently assessed every three years by B Lab, the organisation responsible for the certification.
