This Vesteda complex in a green neighborhood consists of forty-two homes, divided into fourteen corner houses (approx. 138m2) and twenty-eight terraced houses (approx. 92m2). These homes are therefore ideal for families. Vesteda's rental apartments in Sporthelden Oost are located south of the football fields of the Focus '07 football club. On the south side, the area borders on a waterway, along which special homes will be realized in co-creation with future owners. The architecture in the district is inspired by the New Dutch Waterline. With a robust design and durable materials.
