De Kolonel

Complex De Kolonel was built on the former barracks of Ede. The site was used for the alloying of military personnel. The design of the complex has been adapted to the design of the existing barracks and the freedom of nature. An apartment complex with four floors has been realized on this site. The residential complex comprises a total of thirty-seven different apartments, varying in type and living area. The complex is divided into three wings, each with three apartments per layer and a multistorey car park in the bottom layer. Each apartment has a parking space in the garage.
