Picushof Appartementen

The site consists of three five-story apartment turrets. Two of them with each 18 apartments are rented out by Vesteda. All apartments have a spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom with washbasin, shower with shower screen, bath and design bathroom radiator. From the living room you can reach the balcony. Each apartment has a separate storage room on the first floor. There are plenty of parking spaces at the front of the apartments.

All apartments are of high quality. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. Heating is by means of an individual gas-fired central heating and hot water system. Vesteda has taken out a collective glass insurance, so you do not have to take out your own glass insurance!
