De Weverij

De Weverij consists of 109 apartments. The two-, three- and four-room free sector rental apartments have a living area from approximately 52 m² to 122 m². The apartments have a beautiful kitchen with induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and design radiator. The walls are fitted with wallpaper (in a neutral colour).

De Weverij is located north of the center of Enschede. On the corner of Hulsmaatstraat and Lonnekerspoorlaan, the hall of the carpet weaving factory of the Twentsche Textiel Maatschappij used to be here. Roombeek is the creative district with art and culture and with a rich industrial history.
