Hoog Dalem

Vesteda rents 40 single-family homes in the Hoog Dalem project. The houses are divided over five blocks with row and corner houses. The surface of the houses is 118 m².

The spacious houses have a living room and a semi-open full kitchen with appliances. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a complete bathroom with a second toilet. Each house has a spacious high attic. The houses are wallpapered with fiberglass wallpaper in a white tone.

The houses are gasless and durable with a very low EPC. Heating is by means of a heat pump and heat / cold storage.

The houses have large and smaller back and front gardens with a shed. There are sufficient public parking spaces.
