In the Camminghaburen district, on the northeastern edge of Leeuwarden, Vesteda rents 134 single-family homes divided into 2 types. The homes are located on the Albadastins, Frittemastate, Heslingastins and the Ubbemastins. House type A offers through the entrance passage to the indoor storage room and toilet. The spacious garden-oriented living room with stairs cupboard gives access to the backyard. on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms in most homes. Some houses of this type, however, have 2 bedrooms, one of which is very spacious. In house type B, the living room is located on the street side. The kitchen is located at the rear of the house. This also applies to the storage room that gives access to the backyard. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. For both house types, there is a closed kitchen, the implementation of which can differ per house. The bathroom has a shower, sink and 2nd toilet. The attic is accessible via a fixed staircase and is ideal as extra storage space. The corner houses have a different size and layout due to the different location of the entrance. Several houses have a parking space on site. There are also houses with a garage box.
