Living in Parkzicht

The complex consists of three residential buildings, the Parkzicht, the Molenzicht and the Stadzicht with six, seven or eight floors depending on the building. All are equipped with elevators. Molen- and Stadzicht are no longer active in the rental market. The properties on the ground floor have a lovely garden. The other apartments have a large terrace across the full width of the house. On the ground floor you can find storage units and a common bike storage for all tenants. All properties also have a storage room in the home itself. Parking facilities are present in close proximity of the complex. There are thirteen types of homes available, with lots of variation in size and layout. The homes of type 1 (A, A2, B, B2, C and C1) are two-room properties. They have a spacious living room, a half open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet. The terrace is accessible from the living room through a sliding door. Only difference in type 1 (O and P) is that the toilet is located within the bathroom, and so is not seperate. Type 2 (A1, B1, M and N) are three-room homes, similar to type 1 but with an extra bedroom. There is only one five-room house (C2). It has a spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. The terrace is accessible from the living/dining room through a sliding door. All homes are of high quality and are well insulated. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. Heating is via a communal central heating system and hot water supply.
