The complex consists of a range of apartments and family homes. The lay-out of the two-room apartments are on one floor and are in Rozemarijntuin, Marjorleintuin and Kamperfoeliezoom. The three-room apartments are maisonettes (lay-out spread over two floors), and are either on the ground floor with back garden or on the 2nd or 3rd floor with balcony. The family homes are either three or four-bedroom, depending on the type. These homes include an individual central heating system. The two and three-room apartments are connected to a communal heating system or have an individual gas-fired central heating system.
