Well located apartment complex with reasonably spacious and good quality flats. They are spread over a maximum of 6 floors. The carpeted corridors provide a dry and wind-free route to the flats. There are 109 flats in 11 types, divided over four sides. The residences on the north and east sides are situated along a road and/or the built-up area. The residences on the south and west sides have an unobstructed view over green areas and partly over the Meuse and have a winter garden, with the exception of the top floor. The homes are spacious in terms of design and have a good quality finish. The sanitary facilities consist of a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath or shower and a washbasin.
