It is situated in the northern part of Céramique at the attractive Plein 1992, opposite the Centre Céramique and the Derlon Theater and near the Charles Eyck Park. On the first floor there are stores and the main entrances to the residential floors above. These are easily and safely accessible by multiple elevators, also from the underground parking garage.

La Résidence offers space for 33 rental apartments in nine types. All types have an entrance, storage room and a spacious to generous living room with balcony, winter garden or roof terrace. The open or closed kitchen has a ceramic hob with top control and motorless hood, an integrated fridge-freezer, a hot air oven and a connection option for a dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartments have two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, second toilet (except type D on floor 3), shower and bathtub.

Through Q-Park it is possible to take a subscription at resident's rate for a parking space in the underground parking garage. Bicycles can be stored in the general bicycle shed in the basement.

For environmental reasons, the homes at Céramique will be provided with district heating. This means that the utilities provide centralized heat for the individual central heating systems and hot tap water. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a ventilation system, the living room and master bedroom are equipped with a cable and telephone connection. Vesteda has taken out collective glass insurance, so there is no need to take out your own glass insurance!
