La Residence is a stylish apartment building designed by Swiss architect Aurelio Galfetti. La Résidence is a stylish apartment building designed by the renowned Swiss architect Aurelio Galfetti. It is situated in the northern part of Céramique at the attractive Plein 1992, opposite the Centre Céramique and the Derlon Theater and near the Charles Eyck Park. On the first floor there are stores and the main entrances to the residential floors above. These are easily and safely accessible by multiple elevators, also from the underground parking garage. La Résidence offers space for 33 rental apartments in nine types. All types have an entrance, storage room and a spacious to generous living room with balcony, winter garden or roof terrace.
