The apartment complex on the Pontonniersweg is nine residential floors with a total of 68 units, with two entry halls on the ground floor plus individual storage spaces for the units, a multipurpose room and a number of garages that can be rented separately. Parking spaces are available in the inner courtyard. The apartments are available in six types (three and four-room apartments). All have a spacious living room, two or three bedrooms, an open, semi-open or closed kitchen, deluxe bathroom with bath, separate shower and washbasin, and sun room with panoramic view over the water.
