This is a twelve-storey complex with twelve lifts. A wide variety of residences are available, from two-room apartments to eight-room maisonettes. A total of ten types of unit are available. The two-room type A units have a spacious living room/dining room, a closed kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate toilet. The balcony can be reached through outward-opening doors in the living room. Types B and C are four and five-room units, with large living room/dining room and adjoining multifunctional space, three or four bedrooms (one connected to the living room via sliding doors), a closed kitchen, two spacious balconies, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, and separate toilet. There are also a limited number of maisonettes available (ranging from five to nine rooms). Garages and parking spaces are available, and additional ample public parking nearby. All apartments have at least one sunny balcony and ground floor storage.
