The single-family homes are available in two types. Type A has a spacious living room and a semi-open kitchen on the ground floor. The houses of type B have an L-shaped living room with semi-open kitchen at the front of the house. Both types have a sunny garden with terrace and a semi-detached or detached storage room. The floor offers space for three bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, second toilet and bath or walk-in shower. The large attic offers space for the fourth bedroom with a tilting window or dormer window and is accessible via a fixed staircase. Detached garages are available near your home (if available) and can be rented separately.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. The kitchen is (partly) equipped with built-in appliances. Heating and hot water are provided by an HR combi boiler. Every home has a cable and telephone connection. Vesteda has taken out collective glass insurance; you do not have to take out your own glass insurance!
