Vesteda rents out 102 apartments of approximately 82 to 143 m2. in the Markthal. The Markthal was completed in 2014 and offers space for apartments and various underground parking garages. The inner facade of the Markhal is clad with an 11,000 m² (two football fields) large artwork by Arno Coenen and Iris Roskam, made Hoorn des Abundance. This title refers to the Cornucopia, a horn from Greek mythology that symbolizes abundance and satiety. It shows highly magnified fruits, vegetables, grains, fish, flowers and insects.
