The L-shaped building features six types of apartments, divided over five residential floors. The building has two entrance halls, each with stairwell and lift. All apartments have a spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with washbasin and bath, storage room and large balcony or patio. The differences in the unit types lie in the shapes of the rooms; additionally, two types have an extra hobby room. The ground floor houses the individual storage spaces and 28 garages. The building has its own secure parking lot.
