Three types of single-family home on B. Soreestraat en de K. Jansstraat. Type A has a spacious living room on the street side of the ground floor. The dining room with semi-open kitchen in corner setup is on the garden side. Patio access from kitchen. All types have a large garage/storage unit. Type B also has a pantry accessible from the kitchen, leading to the garage/storage. Type C is a mirror image of type A, and comes in four variants. The first variant has an extra-large pantry instead of a garage. In variant two, the pantry is between the house and the garage. In the third variant, the garages are connected, and in the fourth variant the street-side facade (living room/dining room) has two extra windows. All types have three upstairs bedrooms and bathroom with second toilet, bath, shower and washbasin. A fixed staircase leads to the large attic.
