The units are built large. There are two types, each with front and back garden. The four-room units are split-level, with living room and live-in kitchen plus separate storage on the ground floor, and three bedrooms, bathroom with washbasin and bath and second toilet upstairs. The five-room unit is identical to the four-room unit on the ground floor, with two bedrooms, bathroom with washbasin and bath, and second toilet on the first floor and a fixed staircase leading to the second floor with two bedrooms and ample storage space. Ample parking is available off the residences, and some five-room units have a carport.
