Living in De Stroken I

There are fifteen types of homes available in various variants, ranging from two to six and even seven-room homes. Various housing types have a garage, though there is ample public parking space in the near vicinity of the homes. Types A, B, C, D, M have a large living/dining room on the ground floor, a semi-open kitchen and a linked storage room. The garden is accessible from the living room. On the first floor you will find the bathroom with bath, washbasin, second toilet and three bedrooms. Via a staircase you reach the second floor where two bedrooms (type A) or a large storage room (type C/D) are located. There are homes of type A and C available that have a substructure; this consists of an entrance, a storage room and a garage. The extra spacious homes of type M have on the ground floor an extra bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. The types E and F have on the ground floor a spacious living room, a closed kitchen and a storage room. The garden is accessible from the living room. On the first floor you will find the bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate second toilet and three bedrooms. Type N1 has three bedrooms on the first floor and a staircase to a large attic storage room. Type O has in the basement the entrance and a storage room. On the ground floor are the living room, the open kitchen and one bedroom. Via a staircase you reach the floor where one bedroom and the bathroom with shower and washbasin are located. From the bedroom you reach a large terrace. Types H, J, K, L, P are stacked houses. Types H and K have a large living room with dining area, an open kitchen, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate toilet, one (type H) or three (types K and L) bedrooms and a storage room. Type K has an extra hobby room. Houses of type H1 and L are located on the first floor and have a balcony. Type H1 has an extra bedroom instead of the storage room. Type J is an adapted house suitable for wheelchair occupancy. The house has a large living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet, four bedrooms and a storage room. Homes of type J1 are located on the first floor and have an extra bedroom and a balcony instead of the storage room. In addition, the kitchen has a different layout. Type P has a large living/dining room on the ground floor, a sunny loggia, an open kitchen and two storage rooms. On the first floor you will find the bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet, four bedrooms and a hobby room/storeroom. Via a staircase you reach the second floor where a very large storage room is located. Your home is of high quality. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. Heating is by means of an individual central heating system and hot water supply. Vesteda has taken out a collective window insurance, so you do not have to take out your own window insurance!
