The complex 'Zuidpoort' in Veenendaal consists of thirty-four unique 3- and 4-room apartments located on the Raadhuisstraat, varying in size from 81 to 125 m². The complex is (nature) gasless, has an A+++ energy label, has underfloor heating and is equipped with solar panels, which keeps energy costs low.
